How You Can Make an Impact

• Manage and help deliver audit engagements for multinational companies or Swiss subsidiaries of US companies within our US corporate audit team.
• Primarily focus on PCAOB (US GAAP and/or IFRS) engagements, with the option to work on ISA engagements as well.
• Utilize analytical tools and technologies to address challenges in innovative ways.
• Coach Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing, and reporting matters.
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior staff, providing performance feedback and training.

Who We Are Looking For

• Your core strengths include analytical, organizational, and social skills!
• A degree in business administration or a related finance field is preferred, but a strong eagerness to learn is essential.
• 3 to 5 busy seasons of experience, ideally with both listed and private clients; a solid track record of audits in accordance with PCAOB standards, including group and component experience.
• High IT affinity; proficient in data analytics and innovative tools.
• Fluent in English (additional knowledge of French or German is a plus).
