Our M&A advisors boast a proven track record of completed deals and have honed their skills in bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.

The Opportunity

The Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with essential financial and strategic insight during M&A transactions. Here’s how you can make an impact:

• Engage with senior-level client staff on demanding projects in both domestic and cross-border settings. You will develop financial models, prepare information memoranda, management presentations, and manage daily client communication.
• Enhance your deal execution expertise by participating in project management, financial analysis, transaction document preparation, and client presentations.
• Contribute to landmark transactions in the Swiss market, delivering buy- and sell-side advisory services to our esteemed financial institutions clientele in Switzerland.
• Join a global network of M&A specialists in a highly professional, diverse, and enjoyable work environment.
• Expand your network while working independently under the guidance of an engagement manager or director.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are an open-minded and curious individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with international academic or work experience, able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• You ideally possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in M&A execution and origination, gained in an investment bank, consultancy, private equity or another Big4 firm, with knowledge of the Swiss and/or international financial institutions sector being a plus.
• You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an additional advantage.
