Job Description
- Read and interpret plans and technical diagrams
- Perform assembly, anchoring, and disassembly of scaffolding
- Install all types of fixed or mobile scaffolding (facades, bell towers, chimneys, staircases, etc.)
- Assemble metal components (tubes, frames, platforms) and ensure their stability
- Set up safety devices (nets, tarps, guardrails)
- Verify compliance and solidity of installations before use
- Work at heights while strictly adhering to safety standards
- Participate in the maintenance and storage of equipment
- Collaborate with other trades on-site
Expectations
- Proven experience as a scaffold builder
- Holder of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a scaffold builder or equivalent training is an asset
- Mandatory certification for working at heights
- Good physical condition and no fear of heights
- Sense of responsibility and rigor in applying safety instructions
- Ability to work in a team and outdoors, regardless of conditions
- Flexibility and availability
- Good command of French
- A valid driver's license is essential; trailer license is an asset
