As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading international Biopharma and Medtech companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Veeva CRM and IQVIA OCE to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business processes that leverage Salesforce solutions. You will also engage with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage end-to-end implementation projects.

Join our multidisciplinary and international Salesforce Team to work from day one on a diverse range of clients and projects spanning various sectors, with a deep focus on Life Sciences. This role offers substantial responsibility along with many opportunities for personal initiative and professional growth.

How You Can Make an Impact

As a Senior Consultant, you are expected to efficiently balance your technical Salesforce expertise with your Life Sciences/Medtech industry knowledge and strong project management skills. You will guide the teams you work with to deliver successful projects that meet client needs and expectations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables while delivering implementation projects on time and within budget, monitoring risks and issues that may arise and identifying suitable mitigation actions.
• Define, analyze, and map commercial processes and their impacts on the organization within the Life Sciences industry.
• Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies underpinning commercial processes specific to the Life Sciences sectors, including Salesforce, Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE, etc., and lead the project team in designing the optimal solution for the client.
• Lead workshops for process design and improvements.
• Effectively manage project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members as required.
• Ensure client satisfaction through continuous feedback collection and addressing client concerns to meet their needs.
• Equip your team with the appropriate tools and resources for successful project execution.
• Oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.

Who We Are Looking For

• Strong analytical skills combined with a collaborative and impact-oriented mindset, allowing you to achieve the best results for your clients while working with various stakeholders in Switzerland.
• 4+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce, along with Salesforce certification.
• Strong expertise in at least one industry-specific solution (Veeva CRM or IQVIA OCE).
• A deep understanding of sales and service processes with the ability to drive business improvements through leading commercial technologies within the Life Sciences sector.
• Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking.
• Willingness to work abroad and a good understanding of political relationships and cultural differences.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
