As part of our Salesforce team, you will advise and support leading (inter)national companies in implementing and optimizing business processes enabled by cutting-edge technologies.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team and help our clients enhance their marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will also collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project plans, and manage the implementation process.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Design and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Gather requirements from clients and develop project plans;
• Manage the implementation process from start to finish;
• Support and lead workshops for process design and improvement;
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their marketing campaigns;
• Contribute to project deliverables, as well as the deliverables of your team;
• Recommend actions for continuous improvement.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek someone who is passionate about leveraging technology and digital tools to transform customer experiences and has experience in implementing Marketing Automation solutions.

• You possess sharp analytical skills and are focused on achieving results, consistently setting high standards for yourself and your colleagues.
• A Master's degree in relevant fields (e.g., Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Business & ICT, Information Science, Computer Science, or a related area) is a plus.
• You have demonstrated experience in IT and an understanding of how commercial technologies can be customized to meet client requirements.
• 2-5 years of experience with or implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including at least one SFMC certification (knowledge of Datacloud is a plus).
• You understand how embracing CDP and AI trends can positively impact customer and marketing activation.
• Experience and knowledge of agile project methodologies and design thinking are advantageous.
• You are professionally driven and ambitious, committed to finding solutions and driving them to fruition.
• Fluency in French or German and English is mandatory.
