Marketing & Sales Manager

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Energy market by executing our sales strategy aimed at meeting sales targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain solid customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience and providing technical support during sales interactions.
  • Sales Execution: Enhance sales through strategic initiatives, value-based selling, target setting, and active participation in contract negotiations.
  • Bid Management: Manage the preparation of competitive bids and proposals, addressing technical, financial, and project aspects while identifying risks and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Process & Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, efficient use of tools, accurate forecasting, and support for administrative and reporting processes.

Qualifications for the Role

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 8 years of experience in related fields such as Bids & Proposals or Engineering in power generation or industrial projects.
  • Previous experience in excitation, power electronics systems, protection, or synchronous generators is an advantage.
  • Experience in system modeling or simulation is a plus.
  • A proven ability to develop strong customer and internal relationships locally and globally, thriving in diverse cultural settings.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is beneficial.
  • Willingness to engage directly with clients and teams worldwide, with a travel commitment of up to 15%.
