Your Future Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise, and retain a diverse professional and private clientele.
- Handle cash transactions and prepare delivery notes.
- Manage inventory and actively participate in stocktaking.
- Oversee one or several departments based on your area of expertise.
- Ensure proper presentation and replenishment of products in-store.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics department for order and delivery tracking.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in technical sales.
- Strong knowledge of tools, fasteners, and hardware.
- Familiarity with PPE (personal protective equipment) and construction techniques is a plus.
- A genuine passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Strong sense of service, teamwork spirit, motivation, and resilience under pressure.
- Comfortable with computer tools.
- Fluency in French; knowledge of German is an advantage.
