- Manage and coordinate after-sales interventions related to roofing.
- Supervise field and office teams, ensuring their follow-up and development.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction through responsive and quality service.

- Optimize internal processes and communication between teams.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and propose continuous improvements.
We Expect
- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in managing after-sales projects, specifically in the roofing, covering, and waterproofing field in Switzerland.
- Excellent team management and construction coordination skills.

- Mastery of computer tools related to project management.
