Your Role
Are you a senior relationship manager with a robust commercial drive and an established network in Lebanon? Do you consistently provide high-quality advisory services to sophisticated clients while fostering sustainable business growth?
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to manage High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in the Near East segment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building, developing, and growing a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients, with a strong emphasis on Lebanon and the broader Near East region.
- Leveraging your established personal network to drive client acquisition and enhance market share.
- Delivering holistic, high-quality investment advice in close collaboration with investment specialists and product partners.
- Defining and executing a structured client development plan with clearly outlined revenue and Net New Money (NNM) objectives.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client profiles, investment suitability, and portfolio performance.
- Acting as the first line of defense by ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a strong risk culture.

You will be part of the Near East team in Geneva, dedicated to providing best-in-class wealth management solutions for HNW and UHNW clients. We offer a collaborative platform that merges local expertise with global capabilities to assist clients in preserving, growing, and transferring their wealth across generations.
Your Expertise
- Over 20 years of experience in wealth management, with a proven track record in client acquisition, advisory, and revenue generation.
- Extensive professional experience in Lebanon is essential, with a well-established and active network of HNW/UHNW clients and intermediaries.
- Demonstrated ability to originate and develop business within the Near East region.
- Strong experience advising sophisticated clients with complex investment needs.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear focus on client development and long-term relationship building.
- High level of personal credibility, resilience, and commercial drive.
- Strong digital affinity and ability to leverage technology in client engagement.
- Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is mandatory.
