Your Role
Are you a people person with a knack for providing superior investment advice that enhances client wealth? We are seeking a Relationship Manager for Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients from the Arabian Gulf to:
- Develop and maintain trustworthy partnerships, focusing on strategic advice.
- Implement a quantitative prospect development plan with measurable actions.
- Define advisory processes and agreements in collaboration with the Investment Advisor to meet our clients’ needs.
- Provide high-quality investment options by collaborating with team members and specialists from various fields.
- Expand our local market network through referrals and by identifying new prospects.
- Ensure clients are managed in a way that fosters an effective risk culture within the team.
- Define and implement strategies to grow our Wealth Management client base among UHNW Arabian Gulf clients.
- Acquire significant Net New Money and enhance our UAE and GCC market network through referrals and prospect identification.

You will be a vital part of the WM Arabian Gulf team located in Zurich. By joining our team as a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to expand our business in the Arabian Gulf.
Your Expertise
- A university degree in economics or finance; further education in wealth management is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management, asset gathering, and investments, ideally in a client-facing role within the Arabian Gulf market.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in Wealth Management.
- A proven track record in successfully acquiring and developing UAE and GCC UHNW clients.
- Experience working with wealthy and sophisticated clients in the Middle East, with a focus on delivering strategic advice.
- A robust network in the Arabian Gulf, with established personal contacts among potential UHNW clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE and GCC markets, including regulatory landscapes and an understanding of the social and business culture.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic to effectively support the local client base.
