Job Description
- Sale of properties within the company portfolio
- Acquisition of sales mandates and facilitation of sales to clients
- Analysis of property values for mediation of houses and apartments
- Research of land for the development of real estate projects and sales
Requirements
- Bilingual in German and Italian, with good knowledge of English and French
- Experience and strong skills in sales and real estate mediation; profiles with architecture or engineering backgrounds are also welcome
- Excellent knowledge of the Ticino area
- Good organizational and management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with computer tools and telecommunications technologies
- Driving license B and own vehicle
