Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to the OEM’s specifications and Engineering orders.
  • Creating repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
  • Checking modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
  • Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Handling operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner.
  • Working independently while thinking economically and acting responsibly.

Your Profile

We are seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

  • Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good health and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good written and spoken German and English (level B1).
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
