Your Role: Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will inspect engines, modules, and piece parts during and after the disassembly process. You will ensure that all reused parts are serviceable and that any unacceptable findings are corrected. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless quality and act as the primary interface between SR Technics' engine maintenance services and our customers.

Your Tasks

• Perform technical inspections and assessments of aircraft engine assemblies (PW4000) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Handle operating materials (resources) in an environmentally conscious manner.
• Work independently while thinking and acting economically.

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship, preferably as a polymechanic EFZ or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and responsibly.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good health and ability to work under pressure.
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English (level B1).
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts.
