Your Crew

You will join an energetic team of three based in Nyon, near Lake Geneva. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of our products and processes while exploring and advancing cutting-edge technologies that create value for our customers. This diverse team comprises highly skilled engineers and technicians from various backgrounds and nationalities, each bringing a unique perspective to the table. Your Mission

  • Develop and implement product assurance policies and procedures within the company to ensure compliance with applicable space industry standards, customer specifications, and general regulations.
  • Act as the main interface for customers and suppliers regarding all quality and safety topics.
  • Supervise and direct product development and qualification for all relevant quality aspects.
  • Lead non-conformance (NC) and failure investigations whenever product requirements are violated.
  • Prepare Product Assurance documentation in accordance with project milestones.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement process of the Quality department.

Your Story

  • University degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or comparable qualification.
  • Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL.
  • Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their functions.
  • Proven track record of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent writing and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across different cultures and organizational levels.
  • Language: Fluent English is a prerequisite; skills in German are a plus.
