Summary

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from local quality managers while supporting them in various tasks, including the review of quality standard documents. This is a temporary position for a duration of two months, from June 1st to July 31st.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

• Maintain applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring Non-GxP and GCLP compliant documentation and records within the Novartis Quality Management System.
• Ensure the integrity of all Quality Systems records and data, collaborating effectively with other functions and departments.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of education regarding Non-GxP and GCLP knowledge.
• Update and maintain relevant information in electronic systems, including Change Control, Documentation, and Training.
• Follow up and monitor key activities (e.g., CAPAs, actions, metrics, Quality plan).
• Resolve minor technical issues related to clinical programs.
• Participate in Quality Audits and Health Authority inspections.
• Review existing Quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ongoing or recently graduated relevant university degree.
• Proficiency in advanced English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with Quality documentation systems and topics related to the pharmaceutical industry.
