ANAVIA specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) systems capable of supporting payloads of up to 500 kilograms. We provide industry-leading unmanned helicopter systems tailored for a variety of mission profiles, including Surveillance & Reconnaissance, Inspection, Mapping, and Cargo.

Position: Purchaser

We are excited to announce that our team is growing! As a Purchaser at ANAVIA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operational procurement activities while ensuring a reliable flow of materials throughout the organization. By collaborating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, you will actively contribute to timely deliveries, precise order management, and efficient supply chain operations. This position presents an excellent opportunity for you to further develop your expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials in the correct quantities and quality.
  • Prevent shortages and overstock situations.
  • Resolve delivery issues that arise during execution.
  • Execute operational procurement tasks.
  • Maintain communication with suppliers.
  • Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders.
  • Support supplier onboarding and manage supplier master data.
  • Identify and escalate supply risks.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with logistics and shipment coordination.
  • Support shipping and customs documentation as needed.
  • Track shipments and ensure transparency of delivery status.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers.

Competencies & Duties

You will work independently and responsibly, performing tasks as outlined above. Proactive communication is essential when issues arise or assistance is required. Compliance with ANAVIA's standards, safety instructions, and quality manuals is expected at all times.

Qualifications

  • Education: Completed advanced education in a technical and/or business-related field.
  • Experience: Initial professional experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Skills: Basic understanding of logistics processes, transportation, and material flows; process-oriented and structured work methods.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
