Role Overview

In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of CRM system projects for the Service Division, ensuring optimal collaboration, productivity, and data quality while supporting our service operations strategy. Reporting to the head of global CRM service processes, you will lead projects aimed at standardizing and improving global tools and processes for our service operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Manage small to medium system projects by driving end-to-end CRM system initiatives, including concept development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Standardization: Define and enforce CRM best practices, processes, and standards across business units to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the service network, various service business departments, the internal IS team, and external CRM specialists to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Specification & Documentation: Develop clear functional and technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Rollout & Adoption: Plan and execute system deployments, including training and change management, to drive user adoption.
  • Benefit Realization: Track, measure, and report on business impact, ensuring CRM initiatives deliver expected outcomes such as improved efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Your Background

  • University degree in Industrial Management, Information Technologies, or a related field.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
  • Broad understanding of service business processes and systems.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Experience in project management; Lean Six Sigma knowledge and Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Ability to effectively lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.
  • Knowledge of operations processes, operational excellence, and digitalization.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred.
  • Self-driven, a team player, with strong communication skills.
