Our R&D department, specifically in the area of Laser Systems, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a:
Project Manager Laser Systems (m/f)
This will be your future role:
- Project management of product development projects in the field of laser and illumination systems.
- Conducting foundational projects to enhance the performance portfolio.
- Providing technical support for sales during the offer phase.
- Creating offers in accordance with process and system requirements.
- Managing costs, processes, resources, and schedules within project management.
- Supporting optical designers and engineers in concept development.
- Assisting in transitioning projects to production status.
- Preparing project documentation as per guidelines.
- Managing customer relationships during development projects.
These are our requirements:
- Completed studies (FH, Bachelor/Master) in system engineering with a focus on photonics, microsystems, or related engineering and natural sciences.
- Several years of professional experience in the industry, ideally as a project manager.
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Independent and structured working style, combined with a strong and assertive character.
- Enjoyment in leading a project team composed of diverse personalities.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with the laser production department and enthusiasm for laboratory work.
