Job Opportunity: Process Owner Logistics and Warehousing (m/f/d)

We are seeking a passionate Process Owner for Logistics and Warehousing to play a pivotal role in our S/4HANA transformation and to shape the future of our warehouse operations. In this position, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative digital solutions — from optimizing material flows to deploying advanced SAP EWM capabilities — ensuring seamless integration into our value chain.

This high-impact role involves close collaboration with both senior stakeholders and shopfloor teams, providing an invaluable opportunity to drive meaningful change across multiple areas in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

You will be a part of the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit located at our global headquarters in Baden, reporting directly to the Team Lead for Value Chain Digitalization.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse Workstream in the S/4HANA transformation, ensuring alignment with overall program goals and timelines.
• Oversee a Workstream of the ongoing SAP EWM project, focusing on test management, cutover preparation, and go-live support.
• Define and maintain the warehousing processes (process template), ensuring harmonization, standardization, and compliance across sites.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from production, logistics, planning, finance, and compliance to guarantee smooth end-to-end process integration.
• Ensure warehousing activities comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across our global warehouse network.
• Support training and change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Your Background

• Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, with a solid understanding of digitalization in operations.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, including configuration, process design, and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects successfully, encompassing stakeholder management and effective communication.
• Relevant experience in the digitalization of warehousing and value chain processes, ideally including exposure to production, maintenance, and quality processes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to translate business needs into IT requirements.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial sector is a plus.
• Fluency in English and conversational German is required.
