Job Title: Process Improvement Lead
On is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to enhance operations within our Innovation, Design, Development, Material, and Sourcing teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing processes and driving continuous performance improvement.
Your Mission
As the Process Improvement Lead, you will:
- Proactively identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement by collaborating with the Product Organization.
- Research best practices both within our organization and externally to set benchmarks.
- Provide an objective assessment of business operations through collaboration with cross-functional teams, developing actionable plans to streamline processes.
- Document new and existing processes and improvements through action plans, project roadmaps, and consistent communication to ensure timely implementation of project milestones and deliverables.
- Create step-by-step guidelines and visual diagrams as needed using process mapping and project management tools.
- Establish measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of processes, continuously reviewing and enhancing as necessary.
- Prepare and execute change management initiatives to implement and sustain new working methodologies.
Your Story
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of consulting and/or process improvement experience, preferably in the footwear industry.
- More than 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong business acumen combined with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, enabling you to see the big picture while drawing meaningful insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to influence individuals at all levels of the global organization.
- A highly detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
- A problem-solving mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership, alongside a collaborative spirit.
- The ability to learn quickly and independently, effectively synthesizing organizational needs and system capabilities.
- Preferred certifications including Lean Green Belt, Prince2/Project Management Professional, and Change Management.
