For one of our clients in the agro-food industry, we are seeking a Production Manager for the poultry sector.

Job Description

You will lead the agricultural sector of the value chain focused on "chickens" by implementing set objectives. Your responsibilities include ensuring the supply of the slaughterhouse with live chickens tailored to sales needs while complying with legal standards and animal welfare requirements.

You will transform the provided resources in accordance with the company's strategy to optimize results and yields. Establishing and developing professional partnerships with growers is essential, and you will be responsible for maintaining animal welfare according to internal directives and current official standards. You will define objectives based on the needs of the clients and the company.

We Expect

• Training in the agricultural or agro-food sector, with significant experience in production management or a similar position.
• A diploma in agro-food technology or equivalent training.
• 5-10 years of confirmed experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of processes related to breeding, supply, and animal welfare.
• Natural leadership abilities, with a talent for motivating and leading a team collaboratively.
• Proven ability to achieve defined annual objectives rigorously and ensure optimal results.
• A strong sense of responsibility and adherence to occupational safety standards.
