Job Description

As a plant operator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and monitoring of our state-of-the-art production facility. Your role will involve ensuring the timely production of high-quality concrete according to specified formulas and specifications. In addition to operating the machines, you will carefully monitor the production process to ensure a continuous and efficient workflow. Furthermore, you will oversee the maintenance and minor repairs of the equipment while actively contributing to our high safety and environmental standards.

We Expect

• A completed technical education, ideally in mechanical engineering, operational technology, or a comparable field
• Experience in operating and maintaining production facilities, preferably in the building materials industry
• A strong technical understanding with the ability to identify and resolve malfunctions effectively
• A willingness to work shifts and occasionally on weekends
• Independence in action, teamwork skills, and reliability
