Your Tasks
- Design microfluidic reactors for operando studies of photocatalysts, including hydrogen evolution reactions (HER), hydrogenation reactions, and decomposition of organic pollutants.
- Perform experiments in PSI laboratories and at synchrotron radiation facilities, and engage in data processing and analysis.
- Optimize and automate reaction parameters, correlating structural data with materials' catalytic performance.
Your Profile
- You hold a master's degree in physics, chemistry, materials science, or a related field.
- You are capable of performing both experimental and theoretical work, actively seeking new solutions and working independently.
- You possess a background in heterogeneous catalysis, photocatalysis, electrocatalysis, or microfluidics.
- You understand the principles behind various spectroscopic techniques.
- You have experience in scientific programming using Python for data analysis.
- You can easily integrate into an interdisciplinary research team and possess excellent communication skills.
