Your Responsibilities
- Conduct research involving spatial sampling and measurement campaigns, remote sensing, and computational analyses to study individual and population-level differences in beech trees and their environmental responses (70%)
- Teaching (5%)
- Participating in group activities and performing other related duties (5%)
- Completing coursework required for the degree
Your Profile
- A Master of Science (MSc) or equivalent degree from an accredited academic institution (required)
- Knowledge in spatial ecology, spatial genetics, ecological genomics, or related fields; specialized knowledge of forests is a plus
- Experience in acquiring and/or working with spatial and/or remote sensing data
- Fieldwork experience or experience in common garden experiments
- Proficiency in data analysis using open and reproducible methods
