How You Can Make an Impact

• Lead integrated audits of multinational companies in accordance with PCAOB auditing standards.
• Oversee audit services relating to spin-offs, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as carve-out financial statements prepared under US-GAAP.
• Utilize market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our clients and teams approach challenges in innovative ways.
• Identify, prepare, and participate in proposals for new clients and projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to public and private clients on accounting, financial reporting, and internal control matters.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor your teams. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for training. Develop and communicate workplace culture and code of conduct.

Who We Are Looking For

• Fluency in English is required.
• 5+ years of external audit experience, specifically in performing PCAOB integrated audits at a Big 4 firm, along with several years of work experience in the United States (for senior manager, 8+ years).
• US CPA license.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB audit standards, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
