Your Tasks
- Manage full payroll processing, including data preparation, closure, and long-term sickness administration, in close collaboration with our third-party payroll provider.
- Engage in various Human Resources activities, including recruitment and correspondence with employees, supervisors, and external authorities.
- Ensure full compliance with HR data, regulations, and policies.
- Support employee engagement and relations activities.
- Assist in the rollout of key HR projects, including system transitions.
- Maintain a structured and organized approach to day-to-day HR operations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a Swiss HR qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a background in payroll processing and administration.
- Experience in an engineering environment or a similar industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English and Swiss-German/German (Italian would be an advantage).
- Able to work independently while collaborating at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- A high degree of personal responsibility, independence, and reliability, along with the enjoyment of team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented and flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to manage stress and set priorities effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and a precise approach to tasks.
- Results-driven and action-oriented, with cross-cultural agility.
