On behalf of one of our clients, a distinguished company in the industrial and technical gases sector, we are seeking an Operations & QHSE Assistant Manager (M/F).

Your Future Responsibilities

  • Participate in planning and monitoring operational activities to ensure continuity of production.
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication between production teams and management.
  • Contribute to the training and support of staff.
  • Oversee the proper functioning of installations and coordinate maintenance interventions.
  • Participate in the improvement and modernization of production tools.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE requirements by maintaining a high level of safety and adhering to current ISO standards.
  • Contribute to updating the integrated management system and participate in internal and external audits.
  • Analyze performance and identify areas for continuous improvement, particularly regarding flow, inventory, and costs.
  • Participate in managing complaints and follow up on corrective actions.

Your Profile

You hold a vocational certificate in mechanics and/or electromechanics, ideally supplemented by higher technical training. With 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, you possess a strong understanding of ISO standards and QHSE management systems. Fluency in French, with basic knowledge of German and English, is essential. You are recognized for your organizational skills, analytical capabilities, and solution-oriented mindset, as well as your team spirit, versatility, and ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
