Position: Hedge Funds Migration Specialist

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Type: Full-time office role (100% in the office)

Contract: 12 months fixed-term contract

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transfer and investigation cases, ensuring 4-eye-control, validation, and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents.
• Coordinate necessary documents and eligibility checks with client advisors, legal departments, and other involved parties.
• Initiate and oversee transfers and reconciliations.
• Liaise with transfer agents and counterparty banks to facilitate the processing of transfers.
• Prepare fund-specific documentation for transfers in collaboration with legal teams.
• Review fund restrictions to ensure client compliance with fund requirements.
• Maintain daily communication with internal and external stakeholders as a single point of contact (SPOC).
• Administer securities settlement static data (SSI).
• Systematically follow up on outstanding information and overdue transactions.
• Investigate securities discrepancies and reconciliation breaks.
• Resolve complex client queries through internal and external escalations.

Experience Required

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with hedge fund migrations is essential.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in investment banking and wealth management is preferred.
