On behalf of one of our esteemed clients, we are currently seeking an experienced nurse specializing in adult psychiatry (M/F) for an 80% fixed-term contract of 1 to 3 months.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish a strong relational basis with adults suffering from various psychological conditions, utilizing conversational techniques and appropriate therapeutic tools.
- Support residents in daily living activities, ensuring comfort and performing essential somatic care, including dressings and other technical procedures.
- Effectively manage crisis situations, providing immediate and appropriate support during challenging periods for certain residents.
- Serve as a trusted partner in communication with relatives and families, ensuring smooth and reassuring updates regarding the resident's progress.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience in psychiatry and are adept at providing care for individuals with psychological disorders.
- You demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy during crisis situations and challenges related to mental health.
- You excel in working within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring constant communication for quality support.
- Your interpersonal skills enable you to build trusting relationships with patients and their families.
