Position Overview
On behalf of one of our clients, we are seeking a dedicated Geriatric Nurse (M/F) to fill a position starting on July 1, 2026, for a duration of 3 months.
Your Future Responsibilities
- Conduct therapeutic interviews to establish solid relationships with elderly individuals experiencing various psychological pathologies, employing conversational techniques and appropriate therapeutic tools.
- Support residents in daily living activities while ensuring comfort care and performing somatic tasks such as dressing changes and other technical procedures.
- Effectively manage crisis situations, providing immediate and appropriate support during challenging phases for certain residents.
- Act as a trusted partner in communication with relatives and families, fostering smooth and reassuring updates about the resident's progress.
Your Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- You possess experience in psycho-geriatric care and are adept at managing individuals with psychological disorders.
- You demonstrate calmness, rigor, and empathy when faced with crisis situations and mental health challenges.
- You are capable of working within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring continuous communication for quality support.
- Your interpersonal skills enable you to build trust with patients and their families.
