Your Mission

As the first point of contact for our guests, you understand that first impressions are crucial. You’ll ensure that every guest feels at home from the moment they walk through our doors.

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and engage with them in English, German, or any other languages you speak.
• Oversee the preparation for guest arrivals and manage check-ins and check-outs for both individual travelers and groups.
• Handle last-minute bookings and swiftly respond to guest inquiries and requests.
• Communicate important feedback, complaints, or remarks to your manager to enhance guest experiences.
• Manage payments and maintain accurate records of your cash register and accounts.
• Act as a Mama ambassador by showcasing our offerings, including the shop and restaurant as well as our exciting events.
• Share your creativity by writing helpful tips and local recommendations on mirrors on each floor and in the elevators.

At the end of the day, you’ll be the guardian of our guests' perfect experiences—a role we couldn’t take lightly!
