Job Opportunity: Full-Time Nanny

A caring and down-to-earth family of five residing in 6430 Baar is seeking an affectionate and loving full-time nanny to join their family long-term. The selected candidate will be responsible for caring for three children—a 6-year-old boy and 2-year-old twin girls—while managing daily cooking with dedication and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

• Childcare Duties:
  • Provide overall daily care for the three children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and developmental growth.
  • Engage the children with stimulating and age-appropriate activities, fostering their holistic needs.
  • Care for the twin girls full-time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, attending to all their physical needs.
  • Pick up the twins from nursery on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Encourage outdoor exploration with the children, regardless of the weather.
  • Prepare lunch and cook healthy dinners for the children.
• Organize and tidy the children's rooms, toys, and belongings.
• Run errands such as recycling, post office visits, tailor, and light grocery shopping.
• Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently.

Working Hours

This full-time role covers approximately 40 hours over 5 days. The working hours are from 10:30/11:00 to 18:30/19:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 10:30/11:00 to 16:00 on Fridays.

There is flexibility for additional hours during school holidays, with occasional overnight or weekend stays compensated at an extra rate.

Main Requirements

• Fluency in English, German, or French.
• Qualified and experienced with young children, ideally with twins.
• Valid Work Permit for Switzerland, Swiss Passport, or EU Passport.
• The mother works from home.
