Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification or equivalent process improvement certification.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance standards (FDA, EMA, ICH, etc.).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools.
• Experience with statistical tools and software for data analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is beneficial.
• Experience with AI technologies to drive business excellence.

Business Excellence
