The Visp site in Switzerland is expanding, and we are currently seeking experienced Process Experts and Senior Process Experts to join our Biologics organization within the Ibex® Solutions framework, a recently launched, unique concept for biological manufacturing and development. We have openings in both Upstream Processing (USP) and Downstream Processing (DSP) for Drug Substance with large-scale mammalian manufacturing capabilities of up to 20,000L. As a process owner, you will play a pivotal role in the successful scale-up, supervision, and optimization of mammalian processes. Become part of this exciting opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-functional teams in technology transfers (process design and upscaling) and ensure timely process implementation at manufacturing scale.
• Act as the liaison between the process donor (customer, process development) and manufacturing.
• Maintain direct communication with customers throughout campaign preparation, execution, and closure, including regular reporting of batch status and process performance.
• Address any process issues that arise during manufacturing while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure successful technology transfers by applying standardized processes and tools to effectively manage the transfer of information, process-related risks, and change control.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's degree, or PhD, or equivalent experience in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in biopharma manufacturing and/or process development, preferably in large-scale mammalian manufacturing.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and bioprocess technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or German.
