Your Future Responsibilities
As a Metal Construction Designer, your role will encompass a variety of crucial tasks, including:
- Creating 3D and 2D plans.
- Executing workshop plans and diagrams, specifying dimensions, material choices, and machining methods.
- Conducting layout work and ensuring proper programming.
- Managing project deadlines and maintaining customer contact.
- Placing orders for raw materials.
- Overseeing project and site follow-up.
- Performing bid calculations and ensuring accurate measurements on-site.
- Executing material orders and price requests.
- Monitoring production and overseeing final assembly.
Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- A CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a metal construction draftsman or equivalent training.
- Strong technical skills in conducting studies and planning designs.
- Proficiency in software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as Top Solid, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills combined with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A rigorous, motivated, dynamic, and organized approach to work.
- Ability to handle stress and pressure effectively.
- A reliable means of transportation.
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written).
