About the Job
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing execution systems, specifically Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic IT eBR). You will work closely with business SMEs and key users to gather, analyze, and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business SMEs and key users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and configure solutions using Siemens Opcenter Execution Pharma (Simatic IT eBR).
- Develop and manage Process Instructions (PI) aligned with site-specific requirements.
- Identify common manufacturing processes and contribute to global template design.
- Perform system validation activities in compliance with GxP standards.
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation including:
- User Requirement Specifications (URS)
- Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS)
- Design Specifications
- Test Scripts (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Collaborate with MES engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide status updates to internal and client stakeholders.
- Support knowledge sharing and guidance within the team.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter Pharma / Simatic IT eBR.
- Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) in Pharma or Life Sciences.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience in Process Instruction (PI) design and configuration.
- Knowledge of GxP validation and compliance frameworks.
- Experience in documentation: URS, FRS, Design Specs, IQ/OQ/PQ.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in multi-site or global MES implementations.
- Exposure to template-based solution design.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical organizations or regulated industries.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams.
