Your Future Responsibilities
- Train apprentices and employees on turning technologies.
- Lead inter-company courses and support apprentices in their progression.
- Participate in the design and improvement of training materials and programs.
- Regularly evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired and ensure their follow-up.
- Contribute to the development of effective pedagogical practices and the evolution of technical content.
- Keep your knowledge up to date to ensure training aligns with technological advancements and industry requirements.
Your Profile
- You hold a CFC in mechanics (4 years) or an equivalent qualification.
- You have solid experience in setting up, adjusting, and changing tools on turning machines such as Tornos and Citizen.
- Experience in training or supporting apprentices is an advantage.
- You are comfortable with programming, and knowledge of shaping and rolling is desirable.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and adapt your communication to different audiences.
- You are recognized for your teaching abilities, enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, and capacity to foster a trusting environment.
- You demonstrate openness, active listening, and a genuine desire to enhance others' skills.
