Your Crew

In Nyon, we are a dynamic site of 70 professionals.

You will join our planning team, which consists of three individuals. Your role involves collaboration with the Project Team, Purchasing Team, Production Team, and Logistics Team, all located on-site. You will work in a multicultural environment, serving a global customer base and engaging with a broad range of technologies. Your Mission

The Master Planner and Scheduler is responsible for scheduling activities and projects under their responsibility:

  • Developing daily production schedules
  • Highlighting a monthly/yearly vision

They will also assess workflows and value stream mapping of the products under their care:

  • Ensure materials are properly ordered and delivered to the jobsite
  • Research and analyze suppliers and products to identify cost and logistics issues
  • Assess over and under capacity within various operations
  • Focus on possible bottlenecks within the flow

The Master Planner and Scheduler will oversee inventory levels of product lines/projects:

  • Manage inventory to maintain appropriate levels
  • Monitor and manage Work In Progress (especially of transformed parts)

They are accountable for delivery dates internally (within the company) and externally (towards the client):

  • Secure and ensure delivery dates towards clients
  • Coordinate the availability of raw materials and resources for the production process
  • Prepare reports for management, clients, and customers

Furthermore, they will represent the Planning team to their colleagues:

  • Assist in conducting job cost analysis, tracking costs and profits along the Value Stream
  • Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers, making recommendations for improvement
  • Create and update BU/vendor and material lists, and update the database with product specs and quantities
  • Serve as the point person for ERP projects within the company

Your Story

  • Experience/Education in Supply Chain = APICS CPIM or equivalent
  • Strong technical understanding of the challenges in Planning and Supply Chain
  • Strong leadership and assertiveness
  • High sense of accountability
  • Experience using ERP systems (SAP)

Nice to Have

  • Green Belt in Lean Management
  • Experience in Automotive, MedTech, or Aerotech industries is essential (no Pet Food or consumable goods industry)
  • Proficiency in any language beyond English (German, French, and Swedish) is a strong asset
