Your Mission
- Drive the development, continuous improvement, and maintenance of ETEL production and control processes
- Manage production transfers to low-cost countries
- Enhance production logistics and reduce costs
- Conduct production audits to identify areas for cost reduction and product/process improvement
- Support the troubleshooting of defects/malfunctions and define sustainable corrective actions
- Ensure that processes meet specifications and comply with regulations and internal standards
- Validate and qualify technical solutions through experiments on new or existing products
- Prepare working instructions for production
- Lead a technical team to resolve outstanding issues
- Oversee and follow through on investment projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field, with experience in a similar product environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods
- Understanding of the interaction between specific disciplines and other technical domains involved in process development
- Able to propose multiple technical solutions and assess their corresponding pros and cons
- Able to comprehend the logistical and financial impact of processes and production flows
- Fluency in English
