Job Description
As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operations of the electrical installation company within the Basel region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading electrical projects from planning through to acceptance.
- Coordinating the efforts of technicians, project managers, and external partners.
- Preparing offers and reviewing technical documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with NIN and cantonal regulations.
- Maintaining customer relations within the Basel area and acquiring new contracts.
- Overseeing quality, timelines, and budget management.
We Expect
- Completed training as a qualified electrician EFZ or installation electrician EFZ.
- Further education as an electrical project manager, installation and safety, or electrical engineer HF.
- A federal diploma as a qualified electrician is an advantage for management positions.
- Several years of practical experience in the electrical installation trade.
- Experience in managing small and medium-sized projects.
- Experience in leading teams of employees.
- Proficiency in preparing offers and work preparations.
- Knowledge of cantonal regulations in the Basel area, such as safety certificates and permits.
