Our Treasury Advisory practice assists clients in tackling complex treasury challenges, encompassing strategy development, policy enhancements, process optimization, and system implementations. We leverage deep treasury process and technology expertise to deliver tailored solutions.

The Treasury Advisory team executes transformation programs focused on treasury, utilizing advanced process design approaches powered by cutting-edge solutions and technology. We collaborate with global technology providers, integrating their tools with our extensive experience to deliver impactful results to our clients.

How You Can Make an Impact

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving the implementation of treasury management systems, such as SAP TMS, Kyriba, FIS, and others.
• Leading large SAP S/4HANA transformation programs through treasury workstream management.
• Executing Treasury Advisory projects that involve analysis of treasury operating models, optimizing treasury guidelines and policies, refining banking, cash and payment processes, implementing in-house banking and payment factory solutions, and related process enhancements.
• Delivering Treasury Health Checks, Reviews, and Internal Audit engagements to assist clients in assessing and benchmarking their treasury organization, processes, and systems against market best practices.
• Managing Engagement Delivery and presenting project deliverables to client senior management.

As a key member of the Treasury Advisory leadership team, your responsibilities will also include:

• Generating leads by engaging with clients in the Swiss market and collaborating with other treasury experts within the Deloitte network.
• Developing and publishing materials that showcase Deloitte's viewpoints on key treasury topics, fostering market engagement and visibility.
• Identifying opportunities to realize sizable and profitable engagements for the Treasury practice.
• Leading and coaching junior team members.

Who We Are Looking For

• Subject Matter Expertise in corporate treasury processes and systems (6+ years of experience).
• A robust network of treasury professionals in the Swiss market.
• Experience in designing and implementing treasury management systems, particularly Kyriba or at least one other treasury system (e.g., FIS, ION, Coupa).
• Knowledge of SAP modules within treasury (Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, In-House Cash, Advanced Payment Management).
• Consulting experience and strong analytical skills, with a focus on design thinking and problem-solving.
• A passion for knowledge exchange and collaboration with colleagues.
• Positivity and enthusiasm, with a desire to grow a successful career in treasury consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of cash management, treasury management, payment management, in-house banking, bank relationship management, bank communication management, FX risk management, hedge management, and accounting processes.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

We design and implement solutions across enterprise finance, supply chain, and treasury transformations, incorporating advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and IoT.

This practice works closely with the Deloitte Treasury network, leveraging expertise and market insights globally. Most engagements involve international teams comprised of subject matter experts and consultants working collaboratively to achieve client objectives.
