Your Impact

- Assist our clients with dedicated support for transactions across a diverse range of industries and situations, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and structured investments.

- Collaborate in various areas such as buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance, vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients.

- Work alongside other specialists to quickly grasp the client's business and issues, effectively communicating your findings to produce high-quality reports.

- Engage in a dynamic, international environment that spans multiple sectors and industries.

- Partner with a network of exceptionally talented and knowledgeable experts.

Your Skill Set

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a background in finance (CPA or CFA).
• Comprehensive understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in line with internationally recognized standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience delivering financial due diligence and transaction-related services to large corporations and private equity clients.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Demonstrate energy, proactivity, and the ability to empathize with clients and colleagues, with a strong commitment to delivering client value.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for client assignments or business-related matters.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and additional analytical software tools (e.g., PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyze and present data effectively.
