Help Our Clients Successfully Manage Global Challenges

As specialists in IFRS and Corporate Reporting, we equip our largest and most complex clients, bid teams, and audit and assurance teams with clear, practical, and robust advice. Our deep insights encompass IFRS technical accounting topics and broader Corporate Reporting issues, including sustainability topics with a particular focus on local ESG reporting, such as climate-related financial disclosures (TCFD), the EU’s CSRD, and International Sustainability Standards.

We support the development of Deloitte’s global IFRS and Corporate Reporting guidance, Swiss go-to-market offerings, and marketing campaigns around IFRS and sustainability reporting in Switzerland. Collaborating closely with IFRS and Corporate Reporting specialists globally, we shape Deloitte’s views and positions on emerging issues and contentious matters.

As part of our responsibilities, we work with our Quality National Office to develop policies and procedures for the Swiss audit and assurance practice and with our Learning and Development team to deliver major IFRS and broader Corporate Reporting training and presentations.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Work in a highly enthusiastic and vibrant team.
• Engage in extensive interaction and consultation with technical accounting partners within Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE), Deloitte IFRS Global Office, and senior audit leaders on complex accounting and sustainability reporting topics.
• Participate actively in internal and external IFRS and broader Corporate Reporting/sustainability reporting presentations and publications.
• Get involved in annual financial statement reviews for our largest and most complex clients.
• Advance your learning and development at your own pace.

Who We Are Looking For

• You have profound technical accounting skills and professional experience in applying and interpreting IFRS Standards, preferably in a technical accounting team or accounting policy role.
• You have an interest in learning and applying newly developed sustainability standards.
• You are driven by quality and possess a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• You maintain a positive attitude and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• You communicate confidently in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
• You possess the ability to write and present findings clearly and concisely in English.
