Position: Lead Auditor
We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and execute PCAOB integrated audits for Swiss-based multinational companies and Swiss subsidiaries of U.S. companies. This role includes auditing spin-offs, disposals, opening balance sheets, and acquired businesses as part of various business combinations. Additionally, you will lead and support transaction-based projects that require expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PCAOB integrated audits for Swiss-based multinational firms.
- Audit spin-offs, disposals, opening balance sheets, and acquired entities in connection with business combinations.
- Lead transaction-based projects requiring IFRS, US GAAP, PCAOB, and SEC reporting expertise.
- Deliver accounting advisory and SOX advisory services to non-audit clients.
- Coach Swiss-based audit teams on technical US accounting, auditing, and reporting inquiries.
- Conduct PCAOB and US GAAS training sessions.

- 5-10 years of recent integrated audit experience (PCAOB and US GAAP or PCAOB and IFRS) from KPMG or another Big 4 firm, with skills in researching accounting and auditing issues.
- U.S. CPA license (or equivalent).
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
