Join us in helping clients unlock their full value creation potential during their most challenging M&A transactions!

Our M&A practice features a dedicated group of highly qualified individuals. Within this practice, the Corporate Finance Advisory Team provides clients with financial and strategic advice throughout M&A transactions, from scope definition and deal execution to the signing of transaction agreements. Our senior M&A advisors have a long track record of completed deals and are thoroughly trained in bulge bracket investment banks and Big4 corporate finance teams.

As an incoming Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead live engagements and make a real contribution to transactions as well as deal generation from day one. You will specialize in our core industry pillar: Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&HC).

How You Can Make an Impact

  • Drive transactions in the Swiss and international marketplace, providing sell-side, buy-side, and capital raise advisory services to our discerning LS&HC clientele in Switzerland and abroad.
  • Act as a key contact with senior-level client staff on demanding engagements, project-managing the transaction, and handling day-to-day client communication.
  • Lead and execute the full deal lifecycle, including pre-deal strategic advisory, preparation of marketing documents (e.g., teasers and confidential information memoranda), development of financial and valuation models, outreach to potential acquirers and investors, tiering and prioritization of offers, coordination of due diligence processes, and advice on transaction structuring, commercial terms, and negotiation of transaction documentation.
  • Drive business development activities and pitches to secure the deal pipeline of the future.
  • Manage, coach, and fuel the professional development of junior team members.
  • Be part of a global network of M&A specialists and work in a highly professional, diverse, and exciting work environment.
  • Develop and broaden your network of clients, prospective clients, and transaction counterparties while working autonomously under the guidance of an engagement director.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences.
  • 3-5 years of prior work experience in the LS&HC sector (consulting, industry, venture capital, etc.), ideally with previous exposure to M&A transactions.
  • Business acumen and/or financial expertise obtained through formal education, work experience, and/or proven interest and vocation.
  • You are an open and curious person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • You can perform well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
  • You are accustomed to providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
