Job Description
- Installation, adjustment, and upgrading of equipment
- Troubleshooting of all production equipment
- Cleaning, repairing, or replacing defective components
- Management of the permanent availability of equipment
- Writing technical intervention reports and maintenance files for machines
- Participation in the enhancement of maintenance procedures
- Implementation of efficient devices to improve performance and longevity of machines
- Monitoring innovations within the relevant field
We Expect
- Vocational diploma in automation or equivalent (strong technical knowledge in mechanics, IT, electricity, electrotechnics, hydraulics, and pneumatics)
- Proficiency in reading plans, diagrams, and technical manuals
- Manual dexterity with a focus on speed and precision
- Ability to work independently and respond swiftly in emergencies
- A sense of responsibility and understanding of production priorities
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and effective decision-making
- Interest in knowledge sharing and interpersonal interactions
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of German and English is an advantage
