To strengthen their maintenance team, we are seeking motivated professionals equipped with technical expertise and a sense of teamwork.

Job Description

In this crucial role, you will ensure the uninterrupted functioning of our modern production facilities in the baked goods sector. You will be responsible for independently addressing technical disruptions during shift operations, along with conducting scheduled maintenance and repair work. Additionally, you will implement optimizations and manage smaller projects on existing systems, as well as support the installation and commissioning of new systems. Adhering to technical guidelines and safety regulations is essential. Moreover, you will actively contribute to the continuous improvement process aimed at enhancing both efficiency and quality in production.

We Expect

  • A completed vocational training as a mechanic, polymechanic, or automation technician (EFZ).
  • Desirable experience in maintaining industrial plants.
  • An analytical mindset and a structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation, including on-call duties.
  • Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office is an advantage.
  • A team-oriented, flexible, and reliable approach.
