Your Role
As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in applying the first certifiable Machine Learning models in the domain of computer vision, specifically within the aviation sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure that our neural networks perform optimally under all conditions by focusing on data management, model design, and training.
- Guarantee performance through meticulous design and verification activities under our Machine Learning certification framework, developed in collaboration with regulators.
- Utilize transfer learning to significantly expand the volume of available training and evaluation data, particularly through simulation techniques.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent programming skills in C++ or Rust.
- Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Practical experience in deep learning for computer vision, ideally covering the entire stack from model architecture to the design and implementation of evaluation pipelines.
- Demonstrated research skills in industrial and/or academic environments, including the capacity to tackle challenging problems over extended periods.
Experience in aerospace engineering or avionics is not required; we are committed to providing you with all the knowledge you need regarding the constraints of safety-critical systems in airworthy applications.
