Position Available
To strengthen our logistics team, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Logistics Operation Service (80%) (m/f). The ideal candidate will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure the efficient processing and tracking of shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer relations regarding all delivery-related matters.
- Receive shipments from the airport.
- Manage and check packages for customs clearance.
- Verify the arrival of goods.
- Prepare customer orders and load shipments.
- Receive, check, and store goods delivered by our network.
- Maintain depots and outdoor areas.
- Manage delivery and transport documents.
- Effectively handle telephone calls.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent knowledge of the import and export process.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient with traditional IT tools, such as Excel and Word.
- A versatile and customer-oriented mindset.
- Team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
- English language proficiency is required.
