Job Description
As a Logistics Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 6 employees, ensuring the smooth operation of logistics. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing product safety and traceability in logistics.
- Managing and monitoring contemporary logistics processes.
- Organizing the storage of packaging and auxiliary materials.
- Planning workflows, analyzing key figures, and optimizing processes.
- Utilizing the ERP system to enhance operational workflows.
- Taking on the responsibilities of the Packaging Manager in their absence, focusing on packaging, product safety, and traceability.
We Expect
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Training in logistics, such as a qualified logistics specialist (Logistiker EFZ) or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience in food production is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality assurance (e.g., HACCP) is desirable, though not mandatory.
- A reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic.
- Strong collaborative skills and a passion for teamwork.
- Proficiency in French with the ability to communicate in German.
